Key Responsibilities: Partner with clients to define their digital transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap. Analyze current business processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify areas for digital improvement. Design and recommend innovative digital solutions, including technology platforms, data analytics capabilities, and customer experience enhancements. Develop business cases and financial models to justify digital transformation investments. Lead and manage the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and build internal capabilities. Advise clients on best practices in change management to ensure successful cultural and operational shifts. Conduct market research and stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies.
