As a Fee-for-Service Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy services while maintaining the flexibility to manage your schedule and caseload. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations across multiple behavioral health programs, including outpatient services, Victims of Crime, DC Mental Health Access in Pediatrics (DC MAP), and other community-based initiatives. What You'll Do

As a Fee-for-Service Therapist, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services while maintaining flexibility in your practice. You will:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief, family conflict, and other behavioral health concerns
  • Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support positive treatment outcomes
  • Participate in clinical consultation and supervision as appropriate
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Manage an agreed-upon caseload and service expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active DC License (LPC, LGPC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Experience in outpatient, community-based, school-based, or behavioral health settings
  • Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Experience serving diverse and underserved populations
