Mobile Developer (.NET MAUI + Xamarin)
We are seeking a highly skilled MAUI Developer to join our team and lead the development of a new mobile application in the Health Care Industry. The primary focus of this role is transforming the UI/UX designs into a fully functional cross-platform mobile app using .NET MAUI. The role requires working closely with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: u25CF Transform mobile design prototypes into a high-quality, fully functional cross-platform app using .NET MAUI. u25CF Collaborate with backend API developers to integrate frontend features and ensure smooth, secure data flow. u25CF Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligning with best practices. u25CF Participate in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely progress. u25CF Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain project quality and delivery timelines. u25CF Assist in testing and deploying the app across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows). u25CF Communicate progress and potential risks proactively to stakeholders. u25CF Provide input to improve development workflows and app performance. u25CF Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in a Scrum-based workflow. u25CF Estimate story points and participate in Agile ceremonies. u25CF Identify risks and communicate potential delivery issues early. Required Skills & Experience: u25CF 3+ years of professional experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI/Xamarin. u25CF Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. u25CF Clear communication skills and ability to flag issues proactively. u25CF Able to work independently in a fully remote setup. Bonus Points: u25CF Familiarity with AI-based productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar solutions to enhance development speed and code quality. u25CF Familiarity with code quality and refactoring tools. u25CF Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in legacy environments. u25CF Experience with Flutter, React Native, and local storage.
