Online ESL Teacher – Summer Program for Arabic-Speaking Students
RVP Consultants is hiring ESL teachers for a part-time, remote teaching role in a summer program designed for Arabic-speaking students. Teachers will lead 90-minute virtual classes in small-group settings, working Sunday through Thursday each week. The program focuses on developing students' English communication skills, supported by vocabulary growth and basic reading and writing practice, through fun and interactive lessons. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field
- TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent ESL teaching certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching ESL or EFL to children
- Experience teaching in an online environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching space
- Strong communication, online classroom management, and virtual engagement skills Skills and Expertise:
- Skilled in designing age-appropriate ESL lesson plans and learning activities
- Familiar with early language development and instructional strategies for young English learners
- Able to assess student progress and language growth through observation and performance tasks
- Experienced in documenting learning outcomes and developing improvement profiles for students
- Comfortable working independently to plan, organize, and adapt curriculum within program goals
- Strong understanding of how to support vocabulary development, oral fluency, and basic literacy in English
- Confident using online teaching tools and adaptable to various digital platforms
- Culturally aware and respectful of diverse backgrounds
- Flexible and solution-oriented when faced with classroom or tech challenges
