Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will be the face of careerzynith, and your interactions with customers will be guided by our Client First philosophy. You will be expected to:

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
  • Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision
  • Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
  • Monitor product status and assist with returns and returns
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales or customer experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
  • Attention to detail and attention to detail keeps the workplace clean and organized
  • Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of the products/services offered by careerzynith is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year certification liked

  • Adaptability to work whenever between 6:00 am-2:00 am including weekends
  • Work environment adaptability: All-day shift adaptability requirements
