  • Handle baggage operations, including tagging, loading, and unloading luggage from conveyor belts to aircraft cargo holds.
  • Perform manual lifting tasks, safely moving items ranging from 30 lb to 70 lb, while adhering to ergonomic best practices.
  • Monitor flight status boards, provide real‑time updates, and assist passengers with seat changes, special requests, and boarding announcements.
  • Maintain a secure environment by following all safety and security protocols, including the handling of confidential passenger information.
  • Assist unaccompanied minors and passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring they receive personalized support throughout their journey.

Essential Qualifications
