Part-time Data Entry/Office Assistant
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) Part-time Data Entry / Customer Service ( Flexible Hours ) We are an Insurance/Customer Service Firm located in Greatwood, TX, USA. We have several Data Entry/Admin positions open. Applicant should have an excellent work attitude with all calls, co-workers, and walk in clients. Bilingual is preferred (Spanish/ Arabic ). You would be trained in the data entry system and the application process for clients. This position requires a detail oriented, high energy person who is able to work as a team member. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Calling existing clients / New Clients
- Helping with payroll / Book Keeping
- Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Basic Data Entry & General Computer Knowledge
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Bilingual a Plus
- Effective Communications Skills
- No experience is necessary.
