Collaborating with other dietitians and the facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care. Completing necessary clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attending meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Conducting meal rounds if/as needed, completing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.
