Part-time Temporary Email Marketing Specialist

Are you experienced with email campaigns and reporting and analysis? As a member of this global law firm’s marketing team, you will leverage your writing, technical, and analytical skills to manage CRM initiatives, social media channels, website content, and large-scale communications. In this role, you will help refine and expand business development efforts through data-driven marketing strategies and targeted outreach. This is a temporary, part-time, three-month opportunity with a highly flexible remote-friendly model. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who delivers polished, professional communications to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic marketing goals by developing, executing, and tracking targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update master email distribution lists by accurately entering and organizing contact data within the CRM system.
  • Utilize email marketing platforms to manage event communications, including invitations, registrations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event surveys.
  • Assist with marketing technology initiatives and special projects; conduct research and evaluate best practices to align with firm standards and goals.
  • Update and maintain website content and social media platforms to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Generate reports and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Provide administrative and technical marketing support in response to ad hoc internal requests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant experience. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring at least four years of marketing technology experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Advanced experience with Vuture or HubSpot is preferred; familiarity with InterAction or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Professional presence. You demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a global law firm environment.
  • Organized. You excel at prioritization, time management, and process adherence while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Dependable. You perform well in fast-paced environments and handle competing priorities with confidence.
  • Proactive. You take initiative, anticipate needs, and ensure projects move forward on schedule.
