We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to support our executives and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and increased productivity. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist in preparing and organizing presentations, reports, and other business documents. Handle correspondence such as emails and phone calls, responding on behalf of executives when necessary. Coordinate office activities to maintain an efficient and organized environment. Maintain records and filing systems for easy document access. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed. Track project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and progress reporting. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role in a professional setting. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
