Ongoing role - Full Time, 35 hours per week Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour Clerk Grade 7/8– Salary from $113,574 up to $125,720 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading

About the Role

Join the Strategy and Regulatory Policy team at DPIRD and play a key role in shaping the future of NSW agriculture and biosecurity. This role is all about proactive collaboration; you will engage with stakeholders across government, industry and community organisations to support strategic projects and governance forums that underpin improvements to NSW’s biosecurity framework – including the newly established State Biosecurity Committee and its subcommittees. Using your project management and analytical skills, you will manage competing priorities to deliver a range of briefing and project materials that directly inform executive and Ministerial decision-making. About You As our ideal candidate, you will have: Build strong collaborative relationships across government and industry. Plan, coordinate, and control project deliverables effectively. Manage competing priorities and adjust proactively to change. Research and analyse data to inform effective decision-making. Communicate clearly to prepare high-quality briefs and reports.
