Pop Songwriter Co-Writer + Producer
Hello! I'm a complete beginner at songwriting, currently based in Studio City, Los Angeles. I have lots of ideas, emotions, and rough hummed melodies, but I need help turning them into finished, radio-ready commercial pop songs. I’m looking for someone experienced who can help me with: Co-writing (melody development, lyrics, song structure, chords) Arrangement and production (adding synths, fuller instrumentation, drums, etc. in a DAW) Turning simple piano/guitar ideas into polished, modern pop tracks My main influences are Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheeran (heartfelt, melodic, commercial pop). I also have a musical background (played oboe for 10 years) and basic piano skills. Important notes: I’m recovering from Muscle Tension Dysphonia (vocal condition), so I prefer a gentle, patient approach with short focused sessions. I strongly prefer in-person lessons in the LA area (Studio City / can drive up to 1–2 hours). Online is also okay if needed. Goal is to write and produce songs for my debut album.
