Summary: This role serves as a preeminent functional expert for the HRIS environment, ensuring optimal utilization of our core HR systems. As a trusted thought partner, the individual collaborates across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to design streamlined, scalable systems, prioritize enhancements, and drive adoption of new functionality product releases.
