To power our growth with strategic procurement and optimized spending, we look for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist. This is a strategic sourcing role focused on technology, SaaS, AI-related spend, and professional services categories. You will act as a commercial partner to the business, managing sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through supplier selection and contract execution. Leveraging market intelligence, structured negotiation frameworks, and modern digital tools, including AI, you will help deliver cost efficiency, mitigate risk, and create long-term value for the organization. You will report to Kateryna Zodvun along with 2 Purchasing Specialists and 2 Procurement Sourcing Specialists in the team. What you will do Independently drive sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories, primarily medium-complexity projects, managing the full sourcing lifecycle from requirements gathering to contract execution and management presentations Partner with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, establish sourcing strategies, manage timelines, coordinate dependencies, and ensure transparency throughout the supplier selection process Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, cost benchmarking, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and commercial assessments to develop data-driven recommendations Develop and execute negotiation strategies to optimize pricing, commercial terms, contract renewals, and supplier commitments Identify and mitigate operational, contractual, commercial, and reputational risks throughout sourcing initiatives Review commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS contracts, and collaborate with Legal, Security, and business stakeholders during contract negotiations Monitor supplier performance and contract utilization, track sourcing KPIs, and contribute to procurement process optimization and automation initiatives Participate in procurement transformation projects, including AI tools adoption and other continuous improvement initiatives What you bring Confident business communication skills in both spoken and written English (B2+/C1 level) 2+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 1+ year in international procurement or specifically within the IT/SaaS category Proven experience with end-to-end sourcing, running RFx processes, and TCO analysis Ability to analyze contract structures (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements) and identify operational or commercial risks Advanced negotiation skills with structured argumentation, handling supplier objections, and using negotiation techniques Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously and align diverse internal stakeholders Practical understanding of how AI tools support sourcing tasks Nice to have Certifications: Professional dedicated certifications in Negotiation Strategy or Strategic Sourcing (e.g., CIPS at any level) Our assessment process Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (45 mins) Tech Interview with the Manager (60 mins) Test Task + Outcome discussion (around 3 hours) Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (up to 1.5 hours) What we offer We highly value our people, so we will empower you with all the resources and support to help you reach your full potential.
