- Coordinate execution of projects across SpaceX, Data Center, and large cross-sell initiatives
- Track production status, material flow, and order progress across multiple active programs
- Manage day-to-day vendor coordination, including purchase orders, expediting, and delivery tracking
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility to internal stakeholders
- Support development and execution of stocking plans and inventory strategies
- Partner with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely order execution
- Identify and escalate risks related to supply chain, production, or scheduling constraints
- Ensure documentation, order requirements, and customer specifications are complete and accurate
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance execution consistency and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 4–8+ years in production, operations, or project coordination
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or engineered products environment preferred
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
