RCM Training Specialist, Cash Applications
Job Description:
- Deliver training programs for new hires and current employees within Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and provide actionable feedback
- Monitor and report on training impact during onboarding and ongoing development
- Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update training materials
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training
- Incorporate industry best practices and continuous improvement strategies into training programs
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field with 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field
- Work experience in Cash Applications or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to engage and support diverse learners
- Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience with e-learning tools and content development
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
