Job Description: We're seeking experienced transaction managers who reside in the US to join our premier team. As a transaction manager with Premier TC Services, you'll provide top concierge-level service to our real estate agent clients in order for them to have more time to grow and scale their business while communicating frequently, effectively and efficiently. You must continuously endeavor to enhance processes and procedures and work with agents/clients to customize and perfect how we provide service to each of our customer’s individual needs while providing a concierge level of service to everyone involved in the transaction. Our transaction managers are responsible for managing and overseeing all the administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction from time of contract to closing (with the exception of writing contracts and negotiating.) It is crucial to ensure all work is completed with the utmost detail and accuracy all while being available during our customer's business hours. Meticulous documentation and recordkeeping is paramount. We require all communications and documents be appropriately labeled and recorded in all company systems. Transaction managers must take pride in everything they do and go above and beyond in all aspects of the job. This includes being an information resource for our agents and their buyers and sellers. Attention to detail is the key in this position and requires detailed knowledge of real estate transactions and systems. Communication and ongoing collaboration with management is crucial to continued success and ensuring transaction managers achieve all their goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close - Provide concierge-level service, going above and beyond for our clients - Utilize our cutting-edge technology and systems to streamline processes - Speak to customers and agents over the phone while guiding them through the entire process - Delivering and responding to all written communications in a professional manner via email and text - Send introductory and informative emails with accurate key dates and information, contingencies and appointments to the appropriate parties to ensure everyone is in the loop and no dates are missed - Working through task lists and completing items on time - Create, organizing and filing documents in multiple systems and platforms and other documents for completeness and accuracy - Effectively label, file and store documents and communications in all required systems - Coordina
