Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elevate Teams is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support U.S. businesses as a Virtual Assistant. The role involves managing administrative tasks, handling calls, and ensuring smooth operations for clients and internal teams in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style, not a call center) , approximately 25–50 calls per day, with quick interactions averaging 3–5 calls per hour, similar to a busy doctor’s office
  • Managing administrative and operational tasks
  • Supporting clients and internal teams
  • Handling calendars, follow-ups, inboxes, and coordination
  • Working across CRMs, spreadsheets, and multiple platforms
  • Keeping processes organized and running smoothly

Skills

  • Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish or Portuguese
  • 2+ years in customer service, admin, receptionist, or support roles
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRMs, multitasking)
  • Reliable internet and professional home office setup
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Thrive in structured, fast-paced environments
  • Learn systems quickly
  • Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Are dependable, professional, and proactive
  • Enjoy making operations smoother and more efficient
