- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy services
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and goal achievement
- Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification
- LBA in North Carolina
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time schedule
