Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our diverse client base, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures in both Spanish and English.

Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
