Core Responsibilities

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist for careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering top‑tier assistance to users navigating our accounting platform. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Guiding users through ledger entry processes, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) workflows, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
