Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events nationwide, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of approved catering vendors and suppliers. Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual agreements. Implement and refine operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for all catered functions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational details and inquiries. Utilize CRM and project management software to track event progress and manage documentation. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. Ensure all catering activities comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during event planning or execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the catering or event services industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors remotely. Proficiency in using project management software, CRM systems, and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations. Experience in budget management and financial oversight. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
