[Remote] Change Management Consultant

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading Apparel and Specialty Retail Industry, and they are seeking a talented Change Management Consultant for a part-time contract opportunity. The role focuses on supporting the Franchise Booking Enablement project, driving change management processes, and engaging stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • The hiring manager is looking for a strong Change Lead to support the Franchise Booking Enablement project for client and Banana Republic, focused on rolling out a new booking tool for franchise partners, mainly across the APJ region
  • This tool helps franchise partners select product collections, make wholesale purchasing decisions, and maintain the correct merchandising standards in their stores
  • The role sits more in organizational change management rather than IT system implementation, so they specifically want someone who can independently drive impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, change strategy, communication planning, and training execution
  • The ideal candidate should be hands-on, able to step in quickly, and not require coaching on the basics of change management
