Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent, empathetic, and tech‑savvy Remote Community Chat Moderator to join our team on a part‑time, flexible basis. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining the health and integrity of careerzynith’s official Discord server. Your responsibilities will include enforcing community guidelines, handling user reports, and ensuring that conversations remain constructive and welcoming for all members.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat streams across multiple Discord channels, promptly identifying and removing messages that violate arenaxflex’s community standards.
• Apply appropriate disciplinary actions—such as muting, temporary bans, or permanent bans—to users who repeatedly breach the rules.
• Investigate user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and document findings in a clear, concise manner for future reference.
