[Remote] Content Developer

This role involves creating engaging learning content to help users understand complex software platforms through instructional design, video production, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form eLearning and training videos
- Develop visual documentation, presentations, and knowledge base articles
- Use AI-powered content creation tools to enhance and accelerate production
- Design learning paths and instructional content for software users
- Collaborate with product and training teams to translate technical concepts into engaging learning materials
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, technical training, or content development
- Experience creating video-based learning content and multimedia training materials
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
- Background supporting SaaS, enterprise software, technology, media, or digital products
