Our client, an online chat support company that provides chat reps to major brands, is looking for a Remote Chat Customer Care Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service through chat. This is a work-from-home position, and the pay rate is $20 per hour. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner. The Chat Customer Care Agent must have excellent written communication skills and be able to quickly and accurately respond to customer queries. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience. The Chat Customer Care Agent must be able to handle challenging customers and diffuse tense situations with grace. Provide product and service information to customers. The Chat Customer Care Agent will be responsible for educating customers about products and services and answering any questions... they may have. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. The Chat Customer Care Agent must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to solve customer problems. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records. The Chat Customer Care Agent must be able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Experience in a customer service or support role preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required. Comfortable using computers and software applications. The Chat Customer Care Agent must be comfortable using computers and various software applications, including chat software, email, and customer relationship management software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Chat Customer Care Agent must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills.
