Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, validate, and input complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms into arenaxflex‑provided digital templates.
  • Classify and index scanned images to support efficient retrieval and audit processes.
  • Pre‑adjudicate claim documents, correcting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Verify data extracted by automated tools, performing manual quality checks to maintain a sub‑1 % error rate.
  • Utilize multiple internal systems and external resources to cross‑reference information and resolve data gaps.
  • Complete assignments using a variety of source documents, ensuring each claim is fully and accurately digitized.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, maintaining consistency and reliability across all tasks.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members, seeking clarification when needed while operating under a moderate level of supervision.
  • Maintain productivity benchmarks of at least 4,000 numeric keystrokes per hour (KPH) and 2,500 alphanumeric KPH, with a maximum 1 % error tolerance.
  • Work assigned shifts (6 am – 2 pm CST, 11 am – 7 pm CST, or 2 pm – 10 pm CST) to support continuous operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy; proficient touch‑typing on a 10‑key numeric keypad.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, web browsers, and internet research techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and sustain a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of medical claim forms and healthcare terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working through a VPN connection to securely access corporate systems.
  • Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
