Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from paper documents, scanned images, or handwritten notes into digital formats using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

  • Verify the accuracy of entered data by cross‑checking against original source documents, flagging inconsistencies, and correcting errors promptly.
