Position Overview

Travel and Accommodation Bookings

  • Assist customers with reserving accommodations, flights, and ancillary travel arrangements that complement their rental experience.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for tropical destinations, beaches, local attractions, and seasonal events.
  • Confirm booking details, process payments where appropriate, and ensure all reservations are properly documented.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, destination highlights, and partner offerings to enhance the quality of recommendations.

Scheduling and Calendar Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle rentals, ensuring availability aligns with customer preferences and partner inventory.
  • Manage booking calendars, adjusting reservations, extensions, and cancellations as customer needs evolve.
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly to both customers and rental partners to avoid conflicts and ensure a smooth experience.

Communication and Liaison

  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and careerzynith's network of local rental partners.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
