Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, overtime processing, and training coordination. You will also maintain WorkBrain entries for all employees and serve as a backup when required. If you have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills (35 WPM), we encourage you to apply.

  • Coordinate training and maintain WorkBrain entries for all employees
  • Serve as a backup when required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent typing skills (35 WPM)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of WorkBrain or similar HR systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or similar software
