Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist & Quality Control (QC) Partner

The Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith serves as a critical link in the production chain that transforms raw legal documents into clean, searchable, and dispatch‑ready files for our nationwide process‑server network. Working from the comfort of your home in Puerto Rico, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and verifying data, while also identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact downstream operations. This full‑time, remote position offers a blend of routine data handling and problem‑solving, ensuring that each document meets the exacting standards that our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Ingestion & Filing: Accurately input legal documents into careerzynith’s proprietary case management system, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and storage.
  • Email Management: Retrieve, organize, and file incoming electronic documents received via internal email channels, maintaining a clear audit trail for each case.
  • Quality Assurance Review: Conduct meticulous checks on entered data, confirming that all fields are complete, correctly formatted, and free of typographical errors.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Proactively identify inconsistencies, missing information, or formatting issues; research root causes and implement corrective actions or escalations as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on legal filing standards, careerzynith’s evolving technology stack, and industry best practices.
  • Project Support: Contribute to special initiatives such as bulk data migration, system upgrades, or process‑improvement pilots, delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with supervisors, QC leads, and remote peers to share insights, flag trends, and suggest enhancements that boost overall efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; additional education or certifications in business administration, legal studies, or related fields are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of catching errors that others might overlook.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute, with a focus on accuracy over speed.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
