Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Process refunds and compensation claims. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on Delta Airlines products, services, and promotions.
