[Remote] Digital Content Writer - Digital Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motorola Solutions is a global company focused on enhancing safety through technology. They are seeking a skilled Digital Content Writer to create and optimize a variety of content formats aimed at building brand awareness and driving organic growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit content across multiple formats including blog posts, articles, guides, white papers, web pages, email campaigns, datasheets, video scripts, ad copy, social media posts, and event and conference presentations
- Optimize new and existing content to align with SEO and AEO best practices and drive organic traffic
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams to identify topics of value, develop content strategy, and ensure alignment with branding and marketing initiatives
- Analyze buyer-persona demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor content effectively for B2B audiences
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in B2B content marketing — and apply that knowledge to continuously improve content quality and strategy
- Act as a subject matter expert and content reviewer, recommending changes based on market input and corporate initiatives
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines
- Attend marketing events, team meetings, and functions as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field required
- 2+ years of content writing experience in a corporate marketing environment, preferably in B2B software or technology
- Portfolio demonstrating writing competency across multiple content formats
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong storytelling ability with a talent for bringing narratives to life for a B2B audience
- Marketing mindset — a genuine curiosity about what audiences consume and how to create it
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to collaborate with remote teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Google Gemini or similar
