Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD/month. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Job Overview: Our Client is a fast-growing mobile pet grooming business dedicated to providing a premium, 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience. Operating a fleet of custom-designed, fully independent mobile vans—equipped with climate control, electricity, and water—they bring high-quality pet care directly to the client’s driveway. They prioritize eco-friendly practices and personalized care, ensuring a spacious and comfortable environment for every pet they serve. The Role Our Client is seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler to serve as the operational backbone of their daily activities. This role is critical in coordinating the logistics behind a high-demand service business, ensuring that groomers are where they need to be at the right time. The successful candidate will blend logistical precision with a sales-oriented mindset, managing high volumes of communication while optimizing routes to maximize efficiency. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining seamless operations. Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Route Optimization

  • Manages and coordinates complex daily schedules for multiple groomers across various service areas.
  • Optimizes daily driving routes to minimize travel time and maximize the number of pets served per day.
  • Adjusts appointments in real-time to accommodate last-minute changes, traffic delays, or emergencies.
  • Ensures groomers’ schedules are geographically logical and highly productive.

Customer Service & Sales Conversion

  • Handles high volumes of inbound calls, texts, and scheduling requests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Confidently promotes services and converts inquiries into confirmed bookings to drive revenue.
  • Provides high-tier customer support, addressing client questions regarding the grooming process and service history.

Data Management & Problem Solving

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records, including specific pet details and service history.
  • Proactively resolves scheduling conflicts and addresses customer concerns with a sense of urgency.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for groomers, troubleshooting operational challenges in real-time to keep the vans moving.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or in a high-volume logistics/operations role.
  • Sales Aptitude: A background in sales or a strong comfort level with upselling services and closing leads.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage high call volumes using digital scheduling tools.
  • Decision Making: Ability to think quickly and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
