Remote Early Childhood Educator & Family Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Early Childhood Educator & Family Support Specialist to join their innovative online learning platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to make a significant impact on young children's development from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in preschool-aged children. This includes developing lesson plans, creating interactive activities, and assessing children's progress through various virtual methods. A key component of this role involves providing comprehensive support and resources to families. You will conduct virtual parent-teacher conferences, offer guidance on home-based learning strategies, and connect families with community resources as needed. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, as you will build strong relationships with both children and their caregivers in a virtual environment. You must be adept at using various digital tools and platforms for instruction, communication, and record-keeping. Proficiency in video conferencing software, learning management systems (LMS), and educational apps is essential. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education. Experience with online or remote teaching is highly desirable. You should possess a deep understanding of child development theories and best practices in early learning. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical for success in this remote role.
