[Remote] eDiscovery Project Manager - 6 month contract to perm- $30 to $70 p/h - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. APT Search is working with a leading eDiscovery services team that’s hiring for an eDiscovery Project Manager. This role supports matters end-to-end across the eDiscovery lifecycle in Relativity and involves direct client interaction to manage timelines and workflows effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the full eDiscovery workflow: data intake, processing, workspace setup, review support, productions, and QC in Relativity
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact, providing clear updates, timelines, and guidance
- Partner with internal ticketing teams for ingestion/processing requests, troubleshooting, and review support
- Run production workflows: load files, exports, deliverables management, and documentation
- Maintain defensible process documentation and chain of custody where required
- Help standardize repeatable workflows, templates, and best practices
- Own delivery across multiple matters, timelines, and stakeholders
- Lead client calls, scoping conversations, and workflow planning
- Drive production strategy and issue resolution, ensuring quality and defensibility
Skills
- Hands-on Relativity experience (review support, productions, workspace admin)
- Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle from intake to productions
- Confident, polished client communication in a delivery environment
- Able to coordinate across teams, ticket queues, and shifting priorities
- Relativity certs (RCA/RCE)
- ACEDS
- Processing/production-heavy experience
