Remote Event Planner
Overview
- This position involves coordinating virtual events and ensuring that all aspects are meticulously planned and executed. You will work closely with various teams to create engaging experiences for participants.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage a variety of online events.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define event goals and objectives.
- Oversee the logistics of virtual platforms, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Collect and analyse feedback to improve future events.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Nice to have
- Experience with marketing and promotion of events.
- Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Salary: 140000 - 250000 USD Per annum
