[Remote] GTM Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adecco Creative is partnering with a software development firm to hire a Senior GTM Recruiter. This role is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment for GTM roles within the US, focusing on attracting and hiring exceptional talent to drive growth in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for US, GTM functions— from intake to offer ensuring speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top performers in the SaaS ecosystem, including direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and referrals
- Work closely with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and hiring best practices
- Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent experience at every stage — representing our brand with professionalism and care
- Partner with the broader TA team to strengthen our presence in each talent market and position the company as an employer of choice in SaaS
- Stay on top of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to inform leadership decisions
- Support G&A initiatives as well
Skills
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring a variety of roles in a SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with experience hiring across multiple countries
- Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential)
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible, consultative, and collaborative
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
