[Remote] Healthcare Financial Transformation, Senior Consultant - Back-End Revenue Cycle

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Guidehouse is a consulting firm specializing in Finance & Accounting. The Senior Consultant will manage client relationships and lead project workstreams focused on healthcare revenue cycle optimization.

Responsibilities

• Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results
• You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success
• This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders
• Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives
• You will lead, coach and mentor Consultants and ensure quality deliverables

• As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level

Skills

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years of core Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience focused on back-end revenue cycle functions
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a health-related organization
• Epic EHR expertise of the revenue cycle management modules
• Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 75%
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Administration
• Previous healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience highly preferred
• Epic certifications; HB Resolute highly preferred
