[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EnableComp provides Specialty Revenue Cycle Management solutions for healthcare organizations, leveraging over 24 years of industry-leading expertise. The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration for clients into EnableComp's product suite, managing activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
  • Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
  • Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements
  • Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation
  • Manage change and client expectations effectively
  • Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
  • Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team
  • Other duties as required

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years' experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting
  • Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required
  • Experience with project management tools required
  • Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems
  • Knowledge about extended medical terminology required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus
