[Remote] Junior Full Stack Engineer

They are seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer who will work closely with the CTO and Product team to build and improve software used by financial advisors, focusing on hands-on development and product collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain product features with a focus on usability, reliability, and quality
• Own features and projects from implementation through deployment while partnering with teammates to deliver reliable, high-quality software
• Use modern AI development tools to accelerate coding, testing, research, and prototyping. Continuously explore new ways to improve productivity and quality
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to understand customer needs and deliver meaningful improvements
• Contribute to testing, observability, performance, and developer tooling so the team can ship confidently and efficiently
• Continue developing your technical expertise, product thinking, and understanding of customer needs while expanding your impact across the business

Skills

• Have 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Have shipped and maintained production software
• Have owned features from implementation through deployment
• Enjoy solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes
• Care about code quality, maintainability, and thoughtful engineering
• Use AI development tools as part of your workflow
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
• Are comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies as needed
• Proactively look for ways to improve the product, team, and engineering practices
• Thrive in small teams where flexibility, initiative, and continuous learning are valued
• Have experience in a startup, small-team, or entrepreneurial environment where ownership, initiative, and adaptability were expected
