[Remote] Legal Counsel - solar PV

Taylor Hopkinson, powered by Brunel, is a leading solar panel manufacturing company seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support in commercial contracting, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. The role involves reviewing agreements, advising on manufacturing and distribution issues, and coordinating with outside counsel on specialized matters.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics contracts
- Supporting trade, tariff, and customs matters including AD CVD and related import compliance issues
- Advising on solar module manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution issues
- Supporting domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit related certifications and compliance efforts
- Handling routine legal matters currently outsourced to outside counsel
- Coordinating with outside counsel on specialized matters as needed
- Advising on Intellectual Property matters
Skills
- Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar admission
- Solar manufacturing or energy supply chain experience is required
- Prior in-house experience preferred
- Intellectual Property experience is plus but not required
- Practical, efficient, and business oriented
