[Remote] Marketing Specialist

This role involves partnering with marketing leadership to build, shape, and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals, focusing on campaign ideation, performance tracking, and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Managers/Directors to build and execute strategic marketing plans
- Drive campaigns across digital, content, advertising, and brand channels
- Own marketing initiatives end-to-end—from planning to execution to optimization
- Develop and assess marketing collateral and content strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and convert insights into actionable improvements
- Conduct competitive analysis and recommend positioning strategies
- Support and manage events, sponsorships, and brand initiatives
- Act as a marketing consultant to internal stakeholders, influencing decisions
- Ensure alignment with organizational mission and business priorities
- Identify process improvements and bring fresh ideas to elevate marketing outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing or relevant professional experience
- Strong exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution
- Proven ability to drive measurable results
- Experience working with data, trends, and insights
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Background in healthcare or mission-driven organizations
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
