ScoutLab.io is a high-growth, venture-backed enterprise AI platform, helping organizations deploy secure, production-ready AI agents across their business. The role of Partner Solutions Engineer involves building, marketing, and selling alongside major tech companies while serving as the technical face of the firm to partners and enabling partner technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and delivery of joint agentic solutions — production-grade deployments and prototype demos — built on The Firm's and partner technology
  • Write and review Python code directly; leverage AI-assisted code-gen tools to accelerate solution development
  • Build and maintain partner-facing assets: integration guides, reference architectures, tech white papers, hands-on labs, solution briefs, competitive positioning, case studies, and playbooks
  • Join partner and customer-facing meetings to support field sales and deliver hands-on workshops as the technical SME for Lyzr solutions
  • Serve as technical escalation point for complex agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment patterns
  • Design and build internal GTM tools to accelerate go-to-market efforts
  • Instrument and measure partner GTM impact — tracking partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and related dashboards
  • Onboard partners with structured technical onboarding experiences from initial architecture review through first joint customer deployment
  • Lead office hours enablement sessions with partners to deepen expertise and identify customer opportunities
  • Synthesize partner feedback into actionable product insight; share field experience and delivery patterns with product and deployment teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape joint business plans focused on technical integration goals with strategic partners

Skills

  • 3–12 years of experience in customer/partner-facing engineering roles — solutions engineer, solutions architect, forward deployed engineer, or similar
  • US Eastern Time Zone availability (8am–6pm ET) on weekdays with high-quality internet for voice calls
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication — able to convey ideas succinctly
  • Demonstrated depth on at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and strong understanding of cloud ecosystems
  • Strong Python or equivalent programming skills; ability to move from ideation to prototyping to shipping an MVP
  • Genuine passion for AI and shipping product; able to assess new tech and connect it to real business problems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math/Physics, or related technical discipline; Masters preferred. Work experience and portfolio may substitute
  • Enterprise experience preferred
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks and tools including Lyzr, LangChain, CrewAI, N8N, and leading code-gen solutions
  • Bonus: prior success building technical partnerships with cloud partners and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM)
  • Bonus: project management experience with relentless prioritization across a high-volume workload
  • Bonus: startup experience with enterprise DNA — comfortable with ambiguity while maintaining professionalism with enterprise clients
