Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, resourceful, and customer‑centric Remote Part‑Time Customer Service Officer to become a vital link between careerzynith and our valued clients across the United States. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within the Columbus, Ohio time zone while enjoying the flexibility of a part‑time schedule. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, orders, shipments, and issue resolution, ensuring every interaction reflects careerzynith’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused tone.
  • Assist customers throughout the entire order lifecycle – from product selection and placement to tracking shipments and processing returns.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating to internal teams only when necessary, and ensuring a swift, satisfactory outcome.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, technical support, and finance departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions in careerzynith’s CRM system, documenting issues, resolutions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, presenting relevant careerzynith products and services that align with the customer’s needs and business goals.
  • Provide proactive product education, sharing best practices and usage tips that help customers maximize the value of careerzynith solutions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and emerging customer expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by sharing feedback, suggesting process enhancements, and helping to refine careerzynith’s service standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a customer service, client support, or related role, preferably within a B2B or technology‑focused environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service, communication, or conflict resolution are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and negotiate outcomes that satisfy both the client and the organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for translating technical information into clear, understandable language.
