[Remote] Product Engineer I - AiBLE CST - Remote within USA

They are seeking a Product Engineer I to join the AiBLE Clinic Team within Cranial and Spinal Technologies, focusing on providing clinical, technical, and sales support to enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes. This role involves collaboration with surgeons and hospital staff, utilizing proprietary software for designing patient-specific implants and conducting post-operative data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Utilize proprietary software to:
- Perform clinical X-ray measurements
- Simulate surgical corrections based on the surgeon's case plan and preferences
- Design patient-specific implants aligned with planned corrections
- Deliver real-time measurement and planning support for high-volume sites
- Collect post-operative data and develop detailed outcome analyses
- Review and discuss surgical plans with surgeons and their teams
- Partner with hospital staff and sales representatives to coordinate and manage cases
- Provide technical support in the operating room, as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology with minimum of 0 years of experience
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering
- Prior experience in spine or related clinical applications preferred
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex concepts
