[Remote] Product Manager - Formulary/PBM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, formed in 2023 through the merger of DISYS and Signature Consultants. They are seeking a Product Manager for Formulary/PBM to build and maintain product backlogs, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with various stakeholders to support modernization initiatives in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Build, prioritize, edit, and maintain product backlogs aligned to modernization objectives
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting formulary and clinical automation initiatives
- Partner with Product Leadership, Engineering, Clinical teams, and Operations stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and technical requirements
- Support initiatives focused on:
- Formulary modernization
- Utilization management modernization
- Product modularity
- Clinical automation
- Pharmacy claims adjudication workflows
- Client benefit configuration strategies
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scalable automation solutions
- Lead backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria
- Use data, stakeholder feedback, and business priorities to drive product decisions
- Support testing, deployment, release, and post-release activities
- Present product updates, demos, and roadmap progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams to ensure product strategy aligns with broader modernization goals
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related experience
- Healthcare, PBM, Pharmacy, Clinical, Formulary, or Utilization Management experience
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps
- Strong Agile experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with: Jira, Airtable, Aha!
