[Remote] Product Sales Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Davis Talent Search is a growing software business focused on improving outcomes for behavioral health providers through technology. The Product Sales Director will drive new business growth for a software platform supporting Applied Behavior Analysis and mental health providers, managing the full sales cycle and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and pipeline development
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract execution, and closing
- Sell software solutions to Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, and education organizations
- Build relationships with executive leaders, clinical stakeholders, administrators, procurement teams, and other decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions based on customer needs and operational challenges
- Respond to Requests for Proposal and support procurement processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationship management system records
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and market positioning
- Partner with product and leadership teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
- Mentor and coach two junior team members while contributing as an individual sales producer
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
Skills
- 5+ years of software as a service (SaaS) sales, business development, or enterprise software sales experience
- Experience selling into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare organizations
- Proven ability to generate new business and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Experience responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and driven to achieve results
- Ability to work independently in a growing and evolving business environment
- Experience selling directly to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers
- Experience selling Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) software products
- Experience selling to school districts, Boards of Education, State, Local, and Education organizations, or education technology markets
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling into organizations with large provider networks or multi-site operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
