- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading Global Clinical Trials.
- Background in Project Management within CROs, Biotech, or Pharma companies.
- Experience in project scheduling and resource management.
- Knowledge of the full clinical development process, including regulatory submissions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
