As a Remote Seller Expert (VC), you will play a critical role in shaping and executing a strategy for managing key performance metrics for Amazon merchants, driving business growth, and improving the seller experience.

Job Overview

As a Remote Seller Expert (VC), you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance business for key producers (sellers) on Amazon sites. You will analyze and interpret large datasets to drive merchant traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue growth on Amazon. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance business for key producers (sellers) on Amazon sites
  • Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to drive merchant traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue growth on Amazon
  • Developing and executing a strategic account plan that delivers key business opportunities and significant KPIs for sellers and Amazon
  • Building strong communication channels with sellers, setting clear expectations, and managing towards a growth plan
  • Conducting in-depth analysis on issues affecting merchants and developing recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience
  • Providing thought leadership around planning, guides, and execution
  • Establishing long-term relationships with key merchant partners

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Seller Expert (VC), you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B business
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to offer perspectives consistently and concisely
  • Data analysis skills - ability to collect, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility for achieving business goals

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in retail buying, retail planning, and allocation, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce
  • Understanding of and passion for e-commerce
  • Advanced Excel skills
